These Terms apply to public website activity. Private membership relationships, services, and in‑person activities are governed by the Stewards of Mahvinoudey Membership Contract, Charter & Bylaws, Articles of Association, and related private agreements.

• By applying for or accepting membership, you enter into a separate private contractual relationship, with its own rights, responsibilities, and dispute resolution processes.​

For disputes arising from membership or private services, the governing rules and dispute processes are those described in the Membership Contract, Charter & Bylaws, Articles of Association, and internal committees/tribunals (including SPEAC) of Stewards of Mahvinoudey.
