Sound Life is a weekly radio show and podcast for sensitive, curious, heart-centered people who feel that sound, frequency, and consciousness are real forces in their lives, even if they do not yet have language for it. They may be empaths, artists, healers, technologists, or everyday community members who sense that the world is changing and want practical yet soulful tools for navigating that change. 

In the community, many people feel isolated in their spiritual or energetic sensitivities or overwhelmed by information that is either too technical or too “out there.” This show offers a middle path, helping listeners feel less alone, more resourced, and more empowered to participate in their own healing and in the healing of the collective.
